Working independently as writer, director, producer, editor, and sound designer, Marit Mei-tsan Stafstrom creates her own cinema in an auteur mode. Her films include 'Orchid,' 'The Danger Moments,' and 'Cherry Hawk Down,' and have won awards at numerous film festivals around the world, such as the Berlin Fashion Film Festival, Alternating Currents Film Festival, Dumbo Film Festival, and the Women's Film Festival.
