Plexus Projects is pleased to present a solo exhibition of work by Liss LaFleur in our Vitrine screening series. “Queen Bee is Stinging Mad” depicts a 3D rendering of a virtual stained-glass window, in which queer activist Stormé DeLarverie is positioned gazing directly back at viewers. Stormé, a butch WOC, was rumored to have started what we now know of as the Stonewall Riots in 1969.
