Ellen Pearlman is a New York based media artist, curator, writer and educator. A Visiting Research Scholar at the New York University Tandon School of Engineering @ the Brooklyn Navy Yard, she was awarded a three-year grant as a guest artist by German Culture Foundation for a collaboration with Musiktheater im Revier Gelsenkirchen (MiR.LAB) under the direction of Nora Krahl to work on a new AI opera, "The System Cannot Fail".
